Edge was built to solve manufacturing problems that don't have obvious solutions. Our compression molding technology is more flexible than other approaches. When someone asks, "Can you do this?" we dig in. We look at what we've done before, we talk to our engineers, and we figure out how to make it happen. We thrive where other manufacturers stop.

This means our customers get coordinated support across materials, manufacturing, and product performance - without managing multiple vendor relationships.

We bring clarity to complex product requirements.
Our team gets energized by the projects that make us think. A micropore filter that nobody knew how to mold, we figured it out. Insert molding with compression molding, overmolding techniques that push the technology, we try it. A customer who needed a laser-welded microplate bottom that no one else would take on, we built it.
Getting teams out of the lab and into production.
A lot of our customers start in PDMS, 3D printing, or other lab-scale prototype methods. We provide a direct roadmap from those early-stage materials to production-ready molded components, maintaining feature fidelity while making the design scalable.
Being honest about what we can and can't do.
We're always on the edge of "can this be done?" and we'll tell you when we're not sure. We go back to our previous projects, evaluate their feasibility, and give you a realistic assessment. If we can try it, we will. If it's outside our capability, we'll tell you that too.
