Precision Manufacturing for Challenging Requirements
Edge turns complex designs into precision-molded parts. Teams come to Edge when their project demands precision at the micron scale — features, tolerances, and assemblies that other manufacturers can't or won't take on.
Microfeature & Precision MoldingSingle-digit micron feature resolution in thermoplastics through both compression molding and injection molding, enabling geometries previously only achievable through more expensive manufacturing processes. All molding is performed in an ISO 7 cleanroom environment.
Bonding & Assembly
Five bonding technologies — thermal, solvent, adhesive, PSA tapes, and laser welding — with precise location bonding and low-deformation methods. Some teams also come to Edge exclusively for bonding, no molding required — assembling components into test-ready solutions.
ZEONEX® & ZEONOR® COP Molding
Deep experience molding Cyclo Olefin Polymer for optical clarity, purity, and dimensional precision. Edge also accepts customer-specified materials — COP expertise is a strength, not a limitation.

Surface Treatments
